A wonderful stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms offering a view over the drive-in for our kids to chill out, equipped with all modern amenities. The service, though casual, was attentive and accommodating, although a more professional approach would enhance the experience. The location was superb, especially for those attending the nearby Futsal tournament or working in the close business park. The dining had its ups and downs, with some overpriced items compared to the quality. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff and valuable offerings.
I had a great stay at the hotel with my kids. The rooms were spacious and had good facilities, with big comfortable beds, though the lighting could be better. The service was a mix of fantastic staff doing their best but needing more professionalism, especially in dealing with certain staff members. The location was convenient, being in Western Sydney near motorways and next to a movie theatre and the Blacktown railway station. Dining options were overpriced for the quality received. Overall, a comfortable stay for families.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Sport stadium in Western Sydney and the new Water World park, making it easy to access all amenities. The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities but lack proper lighting and heating. The service staff are generally fantastic, but management may need to add more personnel. The dining options are overpriced compared to the quality provided. The facilities are adequate and acceptable for a comfortable stay.
